During summer season many people clamour to go the hottest vacation spots. Family and friends usually go to beaches to have a tan and feel the heat of the sun. But what we don’t know is that we should be careful and know our body before soaking. When being exposed to a high temperature our body may not be able to disperse tremendous heat. This causes the body temperature to rise abnormally and sometimes neurological symptoms are manifested. This is well known as heat stroke. The young and the old people as well those who have existing heart problems are at high risk for this condition. Most commonly the first symptoms you will experience are nausea and vomiting, fatigue, headache, muscle cramps which may progress to fever, sweating, confusion, unconsciousness, tachycardia, shortness of breath, chest pain, etc. When you feel these symptoms immediately go to the nearest hospital to able to get medical management.
